Hazel joined the District in February 1996 bringing with her a varied administrative and technical background. Ms. Cunningham’s career spans many years in customer service and management positions within the food and communications industries. Hazel has been instrumental in implementing the District’s computer and billing systems.
As Administrative Services Manager, Hazel’s responsibilities include overseeing the office and all office systems to ensure that the administration of the Sanitary District is carried out in an effective and efficient manner. |

Originally from Saint Peters, MO, Gordie received his Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Management from the University of Central Missouri. His previous experience includes environmental remediation and heavy civil construction projects in New Orleans. Gordie relocated to Arizona in February 2011
Gordie is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering a comprehensive safety program to ensure a safe workplace for all District employees and meet compliance requirements of all Federal, state, and local agencies.

Christopher D. Kiriluk, P.E. |

Chris got his start in the wastewater field in 1992 as a lab technician for the New Kensington Sanitary Authority, near Pittsburgh, PA. Chris received a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh. After moving to Arizona in 1999, Chris worked three years for Gannett Fleming as a project engineer. Chris is a registered professional engineer and has a Grade 4 certification as a wastewater treatment plant operator. Mr. Kiriluk's duties for the District include reviewing sewer infrastructure plans for new development in Fountain Hills, permit review for private and commercial projects, renewing and applying for permits, and assisting the General Manager with his duties. |
