Clark has been with the Sanitary District since 1989. His experience in water and wastewater operations and management dates back to 1982. Clark is licensed by the Arizona Department of Environmental quality in all aspects of treatment, collections and distribution of water and wastewater.
As Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Manager, Clark is responsible for the oversight and direction of the District’s wastewater treatment plant and effluent distribution system. Primary duties include facilities management to assure a safe and clean treated effluent is available to meet all state environmental quality and effluent re-users requirements. Additionally, Clark is responsible for managing the District’s aquifer storage and recovery well system ensuring a long term solution for present and future effluent disposal for Fountain Hills.
