The Fountain Hills Sanitary District’s laboratory is certified by the Arizona Department of Health Services. Two full-time staff members sample and test water and wastewater at every stage of treatment. Up to 450 samples are tested each month to ensure the treatment process runs smoothly and that our final product, recycled water, meets or exceeds all state standards for Class A+ Recycled Water.
