Engineering and Permit Reviews

The Town of Fountain Hills and the Fountain Hills Sanitary District are separate government entities, but they work closely together to ensure that development or roadway projects are properly permitted with no conflicts. Requests for most Engineering Reviews and Utility Conflicts can be made through the Town of Fountain Hills electronic permitting system, of which the Sanitary District participates as a partner. Requests for sewer services for new large developments or projects that require new public sewer infrastructure require engineering reviews directly with the Sanitary District.  See the New Development Guidelines below. Building Permit Review

The Town of Fountain Hills and the Fountain Hills Sanitary District are separate government entities, but they work closely together to ensure that the building permits are issued with no conflicts.
